Our Policy
Here at The Art of Life Day Spa our aim is to provide you with the best possible service tailor made to suit your personal needs in a peaceful and calming environment. To help us do this for everyone, we would appreciate your cooperation with the following policies. Many thanks.
- Please give a minimum of 24hours notice regarding the cancellation of any appointments. The Art of Life reserves the right to charge the full amount for scheduled services should this policy be disregarded.
- Treatments are available for under 16s as long as they are accompanied by an adult during the appointment.
- Please respect the wellbeing of others and keep noise to a minimum at all times.
- Please arrive 5-10mins before your appointment. If you arrive late we may have to shorten your treatment time in order to prevent inconveniencing our following clients.
- Should we be running late we will endeavour to honour your full treatment time.
- We retain the right to refuse service to anyone who appears to be under the influence of alcohol or any other substance.
- Sexual advances, comments or innuendoes towards any of our staff will result in the immediate termination of treatments.
