Treatments in our gorgeous rooms
Our treatment rooms are inspired by themes of distant lands, of sumptuous ethnic chic, each one having its own distinct character reflecting the therapies they house. The Aloha room is home to the powerful Hawaiian Deep Tissue and Hot Stone Lomilomi treatments.
The Zen room is drenched in oriental style for Reiki, Tibetan Ayurvedic massage, Chinese Tuina massage and Lastone. The Karma room is an Indian retreat for Ayurvedic massages, Shirodhara and Indian Head Massage.
The Thai room provides the floor and futon for Thai massage and the ‘Art of Maternity’ pregnancy massage. Last, but not least, The Ohm room brings the water element to the spa.
The Jacuzzi and deluxe rain shower facilitate the gorgeous and exclusive Moroccan clay wraps, salt scrubs and hydrotherapy, as well as the skin soothing Aloe Vera and Seaweed Cocoon for sun stressed skin and the traditional Indonesian rituals such as the ‘Boreh’ restorative herbal pack for joint and muscle pain, the indulgent Javanese floral ‘Lular’ body mask and the coconut and coffee scrubs. And it doesn’t end there.
The spa’s own signature treatments include, amongst others, the ‘Exotic Mango and Banana Leaf Ritual’ which is completed with a coconut milk bath, and their Japanese Bathing Ceremony reflects the traditional cleansing ritual for which the Japanese are famous.
The classes held in the spacious studio downstairs currently include Aerobics, Yoga, Salsa, Line dancing and children’s ballet classes, and is also available for private hire, especially for talks, meetings, workshops, training, courses and even children’s parties! A broad spectrum to cover all energy levels and tastes.
By infusing these global ingredients the Art of Life Health Spa presents somewhere very lovely to be. You can get out of it as much or as little as you want, whether you just need a nurturing massage, therapy for back pain or an energetic workout in the gym.
